The Child

The child sees the soul within.
No difference whether stout or lean.
Nor any between the rich or poor
No caste..
No religion..
Nor colour of skin.

The child sees only love within.
Love unconditional from this God’s being.
Then what does it matter,
Where you are from?
Or who you are?
Or where you have been?
A smiling face,
A happy laugh,
A heart that’s full,
And arms wide open,
Is all it wants!

The child only sees the God within.
The good in one,
And the Joy within.
The child sees no boundaries.
All borders wear thin.
Or Lies or half truths!!
And sans deceit!

Are we then to blame?
To teach the child this “strategic game”?
To teach about the differences!!
About the rich and poor!
About the caste and creed!
Religion and region!
About the many Gods!
And the geographical divides!

If only the child, we stayed,
Who sees only the pure in one.
The truth!
And the soul within
And with the purity of that soul,
We live with…
A boundary less border!!
An emotional connect!!
One God!
One World!
And the One within and without!
If only….
