Existence

Nondescript am I
Nondescript…
Invisible to people,
Who don’t see me.
Who don’t feel me.
Who don’t know me.
Before you, but not.
A piece on the floor or of the floor.
Or a fly on the wall.
Maybe, a figment of imagination,
Of a Writers Call!
I exist but could equally not exist.
I am required,
But only as an insignificant interlude,
To a classical masterpiece.
I am there,
But are you sure?
I speak,
Words you neither hear,
Nor listen let alone understand.
I shout!
I scream!
I cry!
Faded in the din,
Of an angry crowd.
A cruel and unforgiving world
Whose only logic
Is the benefit of one
But I am,
And I matter,
Because I exist
Not in the way you do,
Not because of you,
Not for you.
Rather inspite of you
I exist and so I Am.
I will!
I do!
Period!
No logic!
No questions!
No explanations!
Only the sheer Joy
Of being!
